Through these sessions, you will learn the foundations of strength and stamina and build confidence in your ability to be fit and flexible.

Shaolin Movement trains your whole body in a focused way so every exercise simultaneously builds flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and power. Shaolin Monk Training builds your fitness level from the inside out, rather from the outside in. Your new normal becomes healthy, flexible, strong and centred.
Follow this program 4 - 6 times a week for maximum results. It takes about four weeks to learn and then 4 weeks to train. Once you feel ready you can then move onto the Novice Monk program or Longevity Qigong for a more restorative program. Click HERE for your tailored program.

You must be over eighteen years old and be in a good physical condition to attend this course. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If after 14 days, you're not happy with the program, you can receive a refund. The sessions expire after 12 months.
