Online Training Course – Novice Shaolin Monk 20 Day Workout
Shifu Yan Lei invites you to take part in the Novice Monk 20 Day Workout. This online course is based on Shifu's best selling books: Instant Health: The Shaolin Qigong Workout For Longevity and Instant Fitness: The Shaolin Kung Fu Workout.
The secret of the Shaolin Temple is the combination of Qigong and Kung Fu. You're not training in authentic Shaolin if you don't train in both. In this course, Shifu Yan Lei will show you how to combine Yin and Yang training so you can optimise your mind and body.
This course is suitable for complete beginners and advanced students who would like to teach Shaolin. In the first two weeks, there will be a focus on learning the movements and in the second two weeks, there will be a focus on training.
The course includes:
- 20 Training Sessions with Shifu Yan Lei ( less than £7.00 per session)
- Sessions of 60 - 90 minutes
You will learn:
- 5 Fundamental Stances
- 5 Fundamental Kicks
- 8 Treasures Qigong
- Instant Health Massage
- Basic Shaolin Forms
Once you have registered, you will receive an email with the course information. The next day, you will receive a link to your first session with Shifu. There are 5 sessions every week for one month. If you're not able to attend the session at this time, that's not a problem, anytime, anywhere, you can access the videos. The sessions are streamed and the links are available for 12 months after the course has finished.

Requirements For Learning:
- You must be 18+
- You must make a commitment to train 5 days a week
You will need:
- a space the size of a yoga mat to practice.
- 60 - 90 minutes, 5 days a week.
- A bamboo brush
