Shipping & Rates
We ship to most countries. Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart after you’ve chosen your items. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours apart from during public holidays or extremely busy times. All orders shipped worldwide are dispatched by tracked and signed or tracked if you have a PO box. Orders placed outside Europe with a value over £25.00 are dispatched by “Signed for” or “Air Sure”. Please allow 14 working days for delivery. The massage brush usually takes longer to arrive, especially in the USA due to increased security. Massage brushes are always sent separately from other orders.

If you would like your item sooner, for an additional fee we can dispatch via Fedex or Parcel force. Please email for price details.
Item Not Arrived
It is your responsibility to check your tracking number. If an item is returned to us because you failed to claim it from your sorting office or arrange a redelivery, postage will need to be paid again for it to be re-dispatched.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please contact us 28 working days after the dispatch date. We can then issue you with a full refund or the item can be sent again.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund via your payment method or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. But we ask that you follow these few reasonable guidelines:
Products must have been purchased directly from Yan Lei Media Ltd. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
Products must be returned in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of order date. DVDs must be unopened and in their cellophane wrapper. Jade must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. We may refuse items if this is the case.
It is your responsibility to return the item/s to us. We also recommend sending items on a trackable service and obtaining a Certificate of Posting when you return the item.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To arrange a return, simply email email@example.com with your order number and full return instructions will be sent to you.
Once the items has been returned we will issue a refund to your credit or debit card.
You need to affix a customs form to the envelope, it is important to ensure that you state you are 'returning to seller' in the reason for export field on your customs label. We will not pay any customs fees and the item will be returned to you. Add Customs Procedure Code CPC 6323FO1 after United Kingdom in the address.
