Train alongside Shifu in his NEW training program. Whether you’re a martial artist or wanting to keep fit and healthy, the key to optimal stamina is to constantly surprise your body. Shaolin Circuit Training is one of the most efficient ways to lose weight, improve muscle strength and endurance while gaining exceptional stamina. It's the optimal workout to combine with other workouts so that your body never hits a plateau.
Session 1 - Fitness. 10 x 3 minute rounds with a focus on basic fitness.
Session 2. Kung Fu. 10 x3 minute rounds with a focus on traditional Kung Fu.
Session 3 .Fighting. 10 x 3 minute rounds with a focus on Sanshou Fighting.
Session 4 .Recovery. Movements from Longevity Qigong.
The sessions can be done in any order. Each session finishes with a cool down and Instant Health Massage.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email with details of how to log into your personal dashboard. All of the sessions are available for you to access at any time. The sessions are streamed and the links are available for 12 months.
