In Chinese Traditional Medicine, the wearing of Jade is used to stimulate Qi and aid in the purification of our body. Shifu recommends that you wear this jade stone during your Qigong practice. 

This beautiful Gobi Jade stone is from the Gobi desert. No two stones are alike. The brown cord is non-adjustable but has some stretch and is intricately laced with small yellow beads.
