
Once we release the desire to not suffer, we have less suffering.
If we can cure our suffering then we don’t need to be unhappy, and if we can’t change it, there is no benefit from being unhappy about it.
Our dislike of suffering adds suffering on top of suffering.
The Buddha said that true happiness comes from the mind. Happiness that comes from outside of our mind doesn’t last. It puts control in the hands of others.
How do we practice these teachings?
If you are stressed or worried, your mind is turbulent.
This turbulence of your mind can not help your problem.
