The Chinese writing says “Dong Jing”. This is a special word for martial arts which is difficult to translate. Dong means to move, Jing means to be still. When your martial arts comes to the second stage, it's very important that you don't lose your balance, you need to balance internal and external.

This heavy metal massage brush has been handmade to Shifu Yan Lei’s precise specifications. It has 108 metal rods with Shaolin Temple engraved in Chinese on the handle. Only 75 are available on-line. If used correctly, the brush should last for a lifetime.

Body Conditioning Skin Tincture, 100ml

Every Shaolin Master learns traditional Chinese medicine alongside Qigong as a tool to help them with their body conditioning. At the Shaolin Temple there are stone baths which used to be filled with body conditioning tincture but today the tincture is applied directly to the skin. Each Shaolin master develops their own secret recipe and this is the first time Shifu Yan Lei has made his body conditioning skin tincture available. Traditional Chinese herbs, roots, insects and barks are infused in a high quality white vinegar, this is then buried in the ground for five years before being filtered through a fine Muslin cloth.

It should be used by anyone practicing body conditioning. The active ingredients penetrate deep into the skin to strengthen it whilst stimulating healing and protecting against damage. Can also be used on bruising, swelling, and general injuries.
