Terms & Conditions: Shaolin Temple Virtual Membership

By purchasing a membership for online martial arts classes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Membership Eligibility
    1. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above or individuals aged 13-17 with parental or guardian consent.
    2. You must have access to a reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for accessing online classes.
  1. Membership Fees
    1. Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. 
    2. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
    1. Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
    2. To cancel your membership, go to your account on the website. Select the Manage Membership button and choose the membership you would like to cancel. Then, select the Cancel Membership dropdown and press the link.
  1. Use of Materials
    1. All materials provided as part of the membership are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior consent.
    2. You may not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any part of the classes without permission.
  2. Account Suspension and Deletion 
    1. The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete user accounts at any time and without notice that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
    2. The suspension or deletion of User accounts shall not entitle Users to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement. The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to the User does not exempt the User from paying any applicable fees or prices.

  3. Liability
    1. Participation in martial arts classes carries inherent risks. By joining our online classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
    2. We are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the practice of martial arts, whether online or offline.

  4. Modification of Terms
    1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
    2. Your continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
