Online Training Course - Fighting Meditation
Shifu Yan Lei invites you to take the 28-day Fighting Meditation Course. Whether you're just starting out, or have been working with Shifu's teachings for many years and want to reinvigorate your practice this online course is for you.
When you're fighting, you need to stay calm and be smart. Shaolin transforms your body into a weapon, but how do you use this weapon with intelligence? And how can a peaceful Zen temple teach fighting? In this course, you will gain an understanding of the fighting meditation philosophy of the Shaolin Temple with both your mind and body. This course is for all levels from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. The training will be a combination of fighting techniques, Kung Fu, Qigong and meditation.
You will learn:
- Fighting punches and kicks
- How to make your body into a weapon
- How to use your body as a weapon
- How to stay calm and focused when you're training and fighting
- How to mix traditional Shaolin training with punches and kicks
- Meditation Qigong to harmonise your mind and body
The course includes:
- 24 Training Sessions with Shifu Yan Lei ( less than £6.00 per session)
- Sessions are 60 minutes slowly increasing to 90 minutes
- Training 6 Days a week
The course starts on Sunday 17th June 2018 and runs till Friday 14th July 2018 - Friday 13th July. Sessions will be Sunday - Friday 6.30 pm - 8.00 pm UK time. Requirements For Learning:
- You must be 18+
- You must make a commitment to train 6 days a week
You will need:
- a space the size of a yoga mat to practice.
- 60 - 90 minutes, 6 days a week for 28 days.
- A bamboo brush

No refunds are available on this course. You must be over eighteen years old and be in a good physical condition to attend this course. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury.
