We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we’ll exchange it, credit your account or refund your money minus our original shipping and handling charge providing the following requirements are met:

• you notify us within 7 days of delivery of an item that you intend to return it
• you return the item in original or equivalent standard packaging
• the item is unused and in a new and saleable condition
• the return is made within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged in transit or not as described. We recommend you send it by “signed for.”

We are not able to accept returns of DVDs and books, unless they were damaged in transit.

Shipping & Rates

We ship to every country. Shipping is included in the price unless stated otherwise. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours by Royal Mail except on bank holidays. Orders placed outside Europe with a value over £25.00 are dispatched by “Signed for” or “Air Sure”. Please allow 14 working days for delivery. The massage brush usually takes longer to arrive, especially in the USA due to increased security.

Item Not Arrived

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please contact us 28 working days after the dispatch date. We can then issue you with a full refund or the item can be sent again.
