All DVDs will play in Europe. The Shaolin Workout series of DVDs are available in NTSC as well as PAL, which is the standard picture format in North America. This means they will play on any American DVD player, laptop or computer.
The Shaolin Bootcamp, Circuit Training, Fighting Punches & Kicks Volume 2, Qigong for Lower Body & Upper body, Instant Health:The Shaolin Qigong Workout For Longevity, and Iron Shirt are in Region O. This means they will play on any American DVD player, laptop or computer.
The other Shaolin Warrior DVDs, (The Way Of Qigong series, Rou Quan, Fighting Punches and Kicks Volume 1, Kung Fu Ch'an, Kung Fu journey) are currently only available in PAL which is the format adopted in Britain or Europe. This means they will play on a laptop, computer or multi-region DVD player but not on a standard American DVD player.
