Shifu (Master) Shi Yan Lei began training in the Shaolin Temple in Henan Province, China, at the age of fourteen. He is the country’s leading expert in Shaolin Qi Gong and Kung Fu. As well as running Shaolin Brighton he has a wide range of instructional DVDs which teach a graded path to mind and body fitness. This is the first time in the West that many of these practices have been taught.
