DVD formats
PAL, NTSC and Region 0 DVDs
The Shaolin Workout series of DVDs are available in NTSC, which is the standard picture format in North America. This means they will play on any American DVD player, laptop or computer.
The Shaolin Bootcamp, Fighting Punches & Kicks Volume 2, Qigong for Lower Body & Upper body are in Region O. This means they will play on any American DVD player, laptop or computer.
The other Shaolin Warrior DVDs are currently only available in PAL which is the format adopted in Britain or Europe. This means they will play on a laptop, computer or multi-region DVD player but not on a standard American DVD player.
Orders are dispatched by first class Royal Mail. Delivery to the USA usually takes between 5 - 14 working days. Orders over £50 are sent by Airsure. If you would like your order to arrive sooner by Fedex or UPs, please email for a quote.
